[Bug 726043] [NEW] cannot paste text from kwrite into another application

Binary package hint: kdebase

Content can be copied from other applications to kwrite, but not back.
Copying within other applications works well, for example gedit behaves
like it should, firefox does, both can transfer text to each other.
