[Bug 718405] [NEW] "On all desktops" window decoration button does not change visible state

I just upgraded to natty and I have a number of small problems.  One,
the "On all desktops" button in the window decoration is not updating.
I'm using Plastik, so it's an empty circle when the window is only on
the current desktop, and it should be a empty circle with a solid circle
in the middle.  Instead, the icon image does not change, although the
window is visible on all the desktops.
