[Bug 718353] [NEW] My kdewallet is empty

Binary package hint: kdebase

When I logged in today, all of a sudden my kdewallet is completely
empty. No folders or anything, where there used to be a ton.

What can I do to fix or debug this? There is zero information about KDE
wallets, for example where they are kept, in the man pages.
