[Bug 716223] [NEW] kded4/kdeinit4 does not deal with zombies and they are accumulating over time

Rebooted the system, logged into KDE, have FireFox, Akregator, KMail and
Konsole running. Happens every time. As the time goes, zombies tend to
accumulate — can have 6 zombies in 10 days.
