[Bug 902917] [NEW] build-dep for qt4 broken

Public bug reported:

apt-get build-dep libqt4-gui doesn't install the needed dependencies to
actually build the package.  I apt-get build-dep 'd libqt4-gui and then
apt-get source'd libqt4-gui (pulls qt4-x11 as source package).
debian/rules build in qt4-x11 fails to build:

OpenGL ES 2.x auto-detection... ()

OpenGL ES 2.x disabled.
The OpenGL ES 2.0 functionality test failed!
 You might need to modify the include and library search paths by editing
 QMAKE_INCDIR_OPENGL_ES2, QMAKE_LIBDIR_OPENGL_ES2 and QMAKE_LIBS_OPENGL_ES2 in
 /home/ike/src/contrib/qt4-x11-4.7.4/mkspecs/glibc-g++.
