The PDF was created using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and included text and
graphics.

I tried to close Okular:

The window "Okular" is not responding. It belongs to the application
okular (Process ID = 1764, hostname = localhost).

Do you wish to terminate the application process including all of its child windows?
Any unsaved data will be lost.
