Actually if you change the ForwardPDF to 'Run Embedded in Kile' it changes the General tab so it won't work. If you insert
Library: okularpart
Library class: OkularPart
in the General tab. The error message should go away, but functionality is still broken.

If you want to use the embedded viewer, stick to ViewPDF, change it to
'Run Embedded in Kile' and insert the above mentioned strings in the
General tab. Embedded view should now work, however in this case forward
search doesn't.
