[Bug 773343] [NEW] upgrade tro natty installed kde-config-synaptiks on my desktop

On my upgrade to natty, Kubuntu installed kde-config-synaptiks  on my
desktop, which is useless since I don't have a touchpad. On every start-
up synaptiks complains about "touchpad not found".
