[Bug 771262] [NEW] sometimes i can not shutdown

this problem only exists in kubuntu, not ubuntu. sometimes when i try to shutdown. i klick shutdown, kopete logs out, the shutdown sound comes and thats all. nothing happens and i can not shotdown my comp. i dont know the reason. its not only in natty. i would say since kubuntu 9.10 or 10.04.
if this happens i have to start the "konsole" and sudo shutdown -P 0.
somethimes he quit plasma and kwin befor it does it happens nothing anymore, then i have to press the power button.
