[Bug 768653] [NEW] systemsettings proxy info window too small

Binary package hint: systemsettings

1. Ubuntu: 10.10
2. systemsettings: 4:4.6.2a-0ubuntu1~maverick1~ppa3
3. Open the proxy configuration window in systemsettings > Network Settings > Proxy. Select one of the last two entries in the list, click to Setup..., leave the input boxes empty or give some meaningless input. I expected a well-formated information window warning me about my meaningless input.
4. The information window isn't resized, half of the text isn't visible. See the screenshot.
