[Bug 768115] [NEW] kubuntu-desktop depends on cups . Limits choice.

Public bug reported:

When installing another printing method, like lpr or lprng, kubuntu-desktop is removed because it depends on cups.
(Exchanging cups for lprng is a workaround for bug #768111)
While cups is probably the most popular choice to install by default, other systems should be possible without breaking kubuntu-desktop.
