[Bug 761959] [NEW] nodm & plasma-mobile.desktop need postinstall processing

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kubuntu-mobile-default-settings

On the natty-preinstalled-mobile-armel daily images, these two files are
not setup to properly boot into the gui environment.

/etc/default/nodm does not have the proper settings that are defined in this package and
/usr/share/autostart/plasma-mobile.desktop is non-existent.  Both are needed to boot into the mobile gui environment.
