Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Klipper does not work in Gnome anymore: clicking the icon in the panel
does not bring up the menu anymore.

This used to work sometime before. I have not been using Gnome since a
while, so just noticed it and cannot say when it stopped working.

I am using Unity currently, but that happened with "Ubuntu Classic",
too.
