This is an issue with the third-party PyWeather Plasmoid. (But shouldn't
cause too many more issues other than PyWeather not working) Please
report this along with the contents of Traceback.txt to the authors of
the PyWeather Plasmoid at its kde-look.org webpage. Thank you.
