Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

In the French locale (but this might concern the original sentence as
well ?) kpackagekit, when getting a 404 "file not found" from remote
server, spits a message which would translate into "Cannot get exclusive
lock on main packaging program, please close any other packaging program
that might be open".

Not only this is plain wrong for the meaning, but furthermore the
translation into french is terribly bad and wouldn't even mean what I
understand it means, being a professional used to "surrealistic" I.T.
