[Bug 664361] [NEW] should list KDE in the "Categories" of the desktop file

Binary package hint: plasma-widget-networkmanagement

I'd like to filter all KDE apps from GNOME menus, but the default
installation of kubuntu-desktop installs a couple of packages that don't
have 'KDE' listed in the Categories of the respective desktop file,
which means that filtering the KDE category doesn't work (nor does
listing the filenames, since they are in a kde4/ subdirectory).

So, please add the category to make my life easier :)
