[Bug 268434] Re: Screen Resolution is not being restored after relogin

Fix committed for KDE 4.6. The fix (really a new feature) is quite
invasive, so it is not a candidate for a Stable Release Update for any
existing Kubuntu release. The fix will be available in the 4.6
(pre)release packages for maverick, as they become available.
