Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Using HP nc6400 laptop plugged into 2 HP LP2065 monitors. I am unable to
place monitors side by side. Mirroring monitors as well as positioning
one monitor above or below the other works fine. I have been able to
reproduce this on both Kubuntu 10.10 rc as well as ubuntu 10.10rc.
Atempts to place monitors left of or right of results in a blank screen.
