[Bug 655873] [NEW] Dolphin do not allow all bandwith when you download via sftp

Binary package hint: kdebase

When you download something via sftp on dolphin, it is not able to allow you your all bandwith max ~200Ko/s and I have 5Mb bandwith.
With scp in cli that work properly and I have about ~550Ko/s..
