[Bug 361843] Re: Kile 2.1 LaTeX editor is extremely slow

I noticed that during the slow scrolling the LaTeX structure tree
flickers. It looks like it's being updated way too often like once for
each single scroll step.

Kile 2.0.85, KDE 4.4.2, Kubuntu 10.04
