[Bug 682557] [NEW] KPackageKit checks for new distribution upgrade too often in Maverick

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

In Kubuntu 10.10 KPackageKit's "clipboard" icon appears in the tray area
very often, like 2-5 times in an hour. Hovering mouse cursor over it
gives roughly "checking for distribution updates".

I have set the check for updates interval to DAILY. I don't think this
check should happen this often...
