This is a problem with Dolphin. When you access a Samba share with
nautilus, the share is automatically mounted so that all media is
accessed like from a local drive and streaming is done transparently.
Dolphin does not mount shares, which causes all the problems with
accessing and streaming browsed data. I believe that importance of this
bug should be increased as the feature works perfectly in both Windows
and Ubuntu from years, while Kubuntu fails dramatically. When often
using different shares Kubuntu becomes unusable.
