[Bug 670014] [NEW] Kile doesn't accept any keyboard input after opening file with "Open" dialoge

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kile

Open Kile, File->Open, choose any file. The file is opened, then no
keyboard input is accept. System Shortcuts (Ctrl+Alt+Right, Alt+F4 etc)
still work, but e.g. Alt+Left, Cursor keys or letters don't work.

System Information:

Lenovo ThinkPad X201 with Ubuntu 10.10. Kile was installed after
installing dummy a package created by the attached equiv file. texlive
2010 was installed manually.
