[Bug 549261] [NEW] Ugly translation template

Binary package hint: userconfig

The translation template of userconfig contains a bunch of strings (etc.
"TextLabel") which probably shouldn't be marked as translatable. Also,
many strings are just cut off at the end instead of using placeholders
(other languages have to use a different word order!).
