Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

Steps to produce bug :
1) Install plasma-netbook
2) Switch to plasma-netbook via the system settings > Desktop > Workspace
3) Customize the plasma interface a bit
4) Switch back to  plasma-dekstop and there are 2 panels at the bottom and 2 folder view widgets
