[Bug 542104] [NEW] KRes migrator pops up on clean install, wastes 25 MB RAM

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdepim-runtime

As it stands, the default KDE addressbook resource is a traditional .vcf
file. This means that even on a clean install the KRes migrator will pop
up on the first startup to convert this to an akonadi resource. This
behavior presents an unnecessary dialog to the default install,
cluttering the desktop. It also starts the entire akonadi stack for the
purpose of running the migrator, wasting ~25-30 MB of RAM to convert
this empty standard addressbook to an empty akonadi addressbook. It's a
real detriment to the booting experience for KDE, and would be an
excellent way to reduce the initial RAM usage of the default desktop.
