[Bug 540111] [NEW] In "Downloading Package" dialog, "Details" Button shares no details

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpackagekit

Fresh Karmic Koala installation.

I was notified that there were 184 updates to install.

I opened up KPackageKit and noticed absolutely no way to find out the
size of all those updates.

Began the update process.  Watched the 45 minute process constantly go
between 3 and 5 minutes remaining in the progress bar.

At some point I decided to get more details, so I clicked the "Details"
button.

Apparently, the only relevant details were contained in a blue bar
bouncing back in forth secretly communicating relevant information such
as, current download speed, data downloaded/remaining, etc.

I would expect that upon clicking "details," I would be granted with
this relevant data in plain text, in the language standard on my system.
