Public bug reported:

Both the Java applet and the Flash ad failed to load, even with the ad-
blocking disabled This is a konqueror bug, which may or may not be apart
of kde4libs. I just clicked on the "report a bug" button within
Konqueror. The web site, the runescape "play" page, is reported to have
fully loaded, but the elements of the page, the flash and Java applet,
both are not in place. Furthermore, a small icon is moved from its
proper location (a question mark in a box), likely because the flash
animation is missing. All of the frames are in place and function as
intended.

This web page works on the same computer to its fullest extent in Opera
10.10, Firefox (whatever shipped with 9.10) and Google Chrome official
5.0.307.11 beta (not chromium). Konqueror is not officially supported,
but Chrome and Safari, which use the same rendering engine, are.
