[Bug 538508] [NEW] Outdated adblock filters

Binary package hint: kdebase

Kubuntu ships with a very outdated (2007) list of adblock filters. We
should either ship a current one, or - probably the best choice -
without an adblock list, so the experienced user can add it himself
while the common user doesn't get content blocked he expects to see.
