Oh, I thought, for Ubuntu this point is a good start. Anyway, your hint
for kde.org was right, I found the bug now:

And: the developer himself changed the algorithm of the level-creating.
This means the bug can be closed here. I hope it won't get removed, this
is a good starting point for the issue, to find it in kde.bugs.org was
way harder...
