[Bug 595619] [NEW] Some monospace fonts are not displayed properly in konsole

The fonts Lucida Console and Andale Mono do not display properly in
konsole when they are bold. The space reserved for the font seems to
correspond to the regular font, not ht ebold one.  However the bold font
is larger than the regula and does not fit tin the allotted space. A
picture being worth a thousand words, see the attached screenshot to see
the effect.

Only Lucida Console and Andale Mono seem affected in a base kubuntu
install. The other monospaced fonts seem to show properly.

The problem appeared in lucid. Karmic was fine for the same fonts.
