[Bug 595072] [NEW] kprinter tool missing

Public bug reported:

In KDE3 the kprinter tool provided a convenient way to print from any
application that supports calling an external print tool.

Kprinter obviously has been removed from KDE4.

What is its replacement?

xpp is still at version 1.5 from 2004.
