[Bug 588150] [NEW] build-depends on avogadro, which is in universe

Binary package hint: kdeedu

Current maverick's kdeedu is depwaiting on avogadro, which is in
universe and looks highly nontrivial. If this is meant to be promoted to
main, please turn this into a MIR, otherwise please drop the build
dependency.

kdeedu builds libmarble-dev which is a build dependency of e. g.
kdeplasma-addons, which in turn causes kubuntu-desktop to be
uninstallable (since kdebase-plasma depends on plasma-widget-folderview,
but that conflicts to kdebase-plasma). Thus I mark this RC for alpha-1.
