[Bug 604826] [NEW] bad "wobbly windows" effect on maximized window

"Wobbly windows" effect does not render correctly when used on maximized
windows. It works correctly on other windows occupying only part of the
screen.

Steps to reproduce :
* enable desktop effects and activate wobbly windows effect, both for moving and resizing windows.
* Grab a maximized window by the title bar and move it around. The wobbly effect is different that for other windows, and does not look good.

If the effect is selected only for moving windows and not for resizing
them, the result is as desired. Because the dragged maximized window is
first restored to its size, then moved around, maybe two wobbly windows
effect are added together ?
