Binary package hint: plasma-runners-addons

In Ubuntu GNOME, I can press Atl+F2 and type in something like
"apt:firefox" and press enter, and it will install firefox. However, if
I do the same in Kubuntu KDE, nothing happens. Krunner needs an apturl
backend.
