[Bug 600860] [NEW] Default KDM Theme doesn't support User Lists

Binary package hint: kubuntu-default-settings

The default KDM theme installed with Kubuntu 10.04 doesn't support User Lists, even when this setting is turned on in the KDM Login Manager. This is very confusing, as there is no indication that the Theme lacks support for certain KDM features. One of the following steps should be taken:
1. Notify the user that this theme doesn't support certain features
2. Add User List support to the default theme

This bug is reproducible on all platforms running Kubuntu 10.04
