[Bug 514648] [NEW] power-button -> logout/shutdown dialog unaccessible via keyboard

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace

KDE 4.3.95.

I find that KDE's logout/shutdown dialog does not have keyboard focus if
brought up by a press on the power button. The behavior is different
from when the dialog is brought up by the Ctrl+Alt+Del key combination.

How to reproduce:
1) Logged in to KDE, press the power button.
2) Press Escape.

Expected behavior: The logout/shutdown dialog brought up by the power button should be dismissed by the press of the Escape key.
Actual behavior: Nothing happens.

I am unable to reproduce the bug on openSUSE 11.2, running the same KDE
version.
