[Bug 514395] [NEW] Akregator Handbook won't open from Help Menu with install of kubuntu-desktop.

Akregator help - Akregator handbook - 
not found.

Kubuntu-desktop installs akregator, not kdepim.

kdepim installs kdepim-doc
akregator doesn't install kdepim-doc (which is where the handbook is)


So, I expected that an install of kubuntu-desktop would include the program handbook for all of the basic applications it includes or at least a clear pointer to how to install that handbook, instead, Akregator help -> Akregator Handbook produces a message that was for me not as helpful as it could be.
