[Bug 424116] Re: systemsettings crashed with UnicodeDecodeError in _()

with KDE 4.3.95 in KDE setting for printers I get this bug :
The service "Printer setting" does not provide an interface "KCModule" with the key-word "system-config-printer-kde.py".

Is this the same bug ?
