Binary package hint: kubuntu-konqueror-shortcuts

In the good old times(tm) there has been a shortcut like "dbug" to
bugs.debian.org/%d, but it's missing currently.

>From a quick look at "searchproviders" in the source package, there
might be some other gone missing - the list is quite short and only
refers to ubuntu/launchpad/canonical.
