[Bug 385990] Re: PeerGuardian IP filter does not work in ktorrent

I have attempted the above mentioned fix but still cannot get it to work
for me.

The details:

I clicked on the link provided
Clicked on which blocklist I would like to use
Right clicked the download button and copied the link location
I then pasted that address into the ipfilter file section
clicked the download and convert file

Error pops up just as before stating the their is no ip addresses to
convert in xxxxxxxxx

I then tried to download and load the file into the root "/" directory

Again another error identical to the one still there
