[Bug 510900] [NEW] Configure display by krandrtray turns off some currently used devices

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: kdebase-workspace
1) run krandrtray
2) after krandrtray is displayed in tray open application (click or right mouse menu)
3) krandrtray turn off same monitors before application window is opened. I found no rule - it switches off external displays usually but I met with cases when was disabled internal notebook display (look at attached screenshot)
