Thank you for reporting this bug and helping to make Kubuntu better. Unfortunately we can't fix it without additional information. 
Which ubuntu release are you using? I'm guessing it's Kubuntu Karmic from the KDE version. Where did you install qt4.6 from? Qt4.6 is incompatible to 4.5 in karmic.
