[Bug 508770] [NEW] KMail cannot create folders for kolab

Binary package hint: kdepim
After enabling Kolab (xml) in KMail I get an error because it tries to
create the folders below INBOX which it cannot do because my server
folder layout puts my other folders at the same level as my INBOX, and
not below it.
