[Bug 507478] Re: kalzium molecule editor does not correctly create bonds

I can confirm this happens in Ubuntu 9.10 for both version 4.3.2 and
backported 4.3.4 . Here's what I get from the terminal if I open kalzium
and draw a double carbon bond and a triple carbon bond.

Searching for plugins in "/usr/bin/../lib/avogadro-kalzium/engines" 
Searching for plugins in "/usr/bin/../lib/avogadro-kalzium/tools"

QObject::connect: Cannot connect (null)::updated() to Avogadro::OrbitalEngine::updateOrbitalCombo()

GLWidget initialisation... 
GLWidget initialised... 
createObjects() 
OpenGL extension GL_ARB_texture_rectangle is present.

QObject::connect: Cannot connect (null)::activePartChanged( KParts::Part * ) to KHTMLPart::slotActiveFrameChanged( KParts::Part * )
