[Bug 506870] Re: plasma-desktop doesn't start (KDE 4.3.90)

I just restart my Kubuntu, and KDE crash dialog doesn't appear, I also
tried remove  /.kde folder but still the same problem. I can install
kdebase-workspace-dbg but with no KDE crash dialog i don't now how to
get a backtrace?
