[Bug 506330] [NEW] okular facing pages doesn't always show facing pages

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdegraphics

In Okular there is an option View->View mode->Facing Pages. This puts
two pages side by side, so page1 appears on the left and page 2 on the
right and so on.

Usually you would expect odd pages to be on the right and even pages on
the left, if the PDF file is intended to represent a book or magazine.
Sometimes you get PDF's which have an extra front sheet and it doesn't
matter, but sometimes, it does.
