Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: digikam

See attached image. Exiftool tells me:
Create Date : 2009:09:09 06:53:50.03
Date/Time Original : 2009:09:09 06:53:50.03
Modify Date : 2009:09:09 06:53:50.03

I select the image in digikam and select Image->Rename. If I set
[date:hh:mm:ss.zzz] the New Name will be "06:53:50.000" instead of
"06:53:50.030". If I use [date:hh:mm:ss.zz] New Name will be
"06:53:50.00" (still wrong...)
