This bug was fixed in the package k3b - 1.69.0~alpha4-1ubuntu3

k3b (1.69.0~alpha4-1ubuntu3) lucid; urgency=low

  * Remove duplicated Replace on k3b-data, should resolve an overwrite error
    on upgrades. (Presumably only the first of the two k3b-data replace
    entries were used, which was by then the wrong one) (LP: #502812)
