[Bug 460103] [NEW] Add Fade Transition

I would like to suggest that we add a simple "Fade" transition to the
list of available transitions in the "Options for Presentation Mode"
section of Okular Configuration. Fade is such a simple and common
transition that I was surprised when I saw that it was not in the
(rather long) list of transitions (Wipe, Dissolve, Glitter, etc.).

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Won't Fix
